Upon awarding of contract, NC Communications, Inc. assigns a Project Manager to the Project. The Project Manager has an intimate knowledge of the individual work functions and tasks to be performed on the Project. The Project Manager communicates with the customer and NC Communications, Inc. supervisory and management personnel to ensure successful implementation and proper performance of the work.

Quality Assurance
NC Communications, Inc. utilizes a stringent Quality Assurance Plan to provide the client with independent assurance that workmanship; products and materials are delivered in accordance with industry standards, manufacturer specifications and the client's practices.
